Established in 2001, AWP Consulting LLP is an independent building surveying and project management practice. Based between York and Harrogate in North Yorkshire, we operate nationally for corporate and not for profit clients and regionally for private individuals where commissions tend to be smaller.

Caroline Sempers1 StarSince purchasing my house I have discovered extensive woodworm in a the wooden floor, that was visible during the full structural survey, carried out by AWP consulting. Despite revisiting my property and apologizing for missing the woodworm and asking me if a wanted to settle this by returning his fee for the survey. I refused this as my floors and joists need replacing, he stated he would contact his insurance on the next working day. He is now denying liability and has not contacted his insurance.
