Due to a very high water bill I realised there was a leak. After a search online I found Azure Plumbing with good reviews so gave them a ring. Mark was friendly and helpful and we arranged for him to come over and check the job out. After the initial visit and it being a bank holiday weekend it was agreed the job would start on the Wednesday. Thankfully the leak was located fairly quickly and fortunately the leak was on the water boards side of the boundary. Mark followed it up with SWW and I’m just waiting to be reimbursed by them. Very good experience.

Mark was recommended to us through a family friend after we experienced an unfortunate leak in our ceiling. Mark was quick to diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs. We're aware other firms fix the issue but they will often leave you to make good any damage caused. It's great Mark and his business partner are able to isolate the problem, make the repair and make good i.e. re-plaster the ceiling. We'll certainly use Mark again and recommend him to others. Mark has just serviced our boiler. Having given him a 5 star rating last year, I wasn't going to call anyone else. He is highly professional, friendly and approachable. His work is of the highest standard and I couldn't be more pleased with what he has done. Thank you, Mark. Review from 2022: My husband is 76 and particularly frail and vulnerable so I was very concerned when we lost our hot water and heating during the recent cold weather. Mark went out of his way to come and sort it out for us late into the evening after a hard day's work, even though he was clearly exhausted. He had the problem fixed in next to no time and we couldn't be more grateful. The cost was very reasonable especially considering the time of day. He is polite and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
