Only last month I purchased a property from Norfolk Homes which had been a pleasurable experience until I had to deal with this company who had been sub contracted for the plumbing works. Numerous issues have arisen which could have been avoided if they had of completed proper checks after their initial installation work. However, the worst part is the customer service with promised callbacks that never happened and the personal attack and patrionizing comments I received from the office manager when I expressed my dissatisfaction at a two week wait for an appointment. A totally inept company and should not be allowed to deal directly with customers. I would strongly advise all builders to avoid using this company as there actions have now had a detrimental effect on their reputation.

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with "Shaun" in the office on a few occasions. I rang to make an appointment to sort a problem with the water meter in my new build flat. I was patronised and insulted. I was told he would consider send someone out to deal with "this aledged fault". His problem seemed to be that he was fed up with the constant faults that were cropping up in this new build complex. The fact that I am a council resident seemed to demean me in his eyes. I would like to state that the engineer who came out fixed the problem and was most polite and curtious but i would not recommend thw company simply because of this ignorant pig in the office!

Promised call backs on numerous occasions to book service with no return call. To be fair I can't comment on quality of work. Howvever don't make multiple promises to call back and arrange something if it can't be done - if you are too busy just be honest!
