We found Bailey & Johnston via a website for local surveyors in Liverpool. We contacted Lee Johnston and he explained how they work as a small business. They book in advance only small amount of work so that they can carry out the surveys quickly. We contacted Lee Johnston on 12 April 2022 and he quoted the work on same day. House survey was done on Wed 20 April and report on Thu 21 April. Report was detailed and excellent in quality. We are really impressed how effectively Bailey and Johnston performed our house survey. We definitely recommend Bailey and Johnston to anyone who requires a property survey quickly and report that is high quality.
