Balford were amazing. They had one hell of a job on their hands in our house where the previous owners had bodged the plumbing. Balford put it all right, and installed a completely new bathroom, did the tiling, new lighting, plastering etc. It looks great! Very professional and friendly. We are very happy.

I first met Dan from Balford when working as his childminder and approached him about refitting my bathroom. Dan was brilliant, he listened to my ideas, looked at my less than professional drawings and then came up with a plan. He had a brilliant bathroom fitter working for him who did all the work while I went on holiday (they are totally trustworthy, extremely reliable and honest and do their work to the highest spec possible) We love our new bathroom and if I need to ask questions (even 4 months on) Dan will always answer them. I will always ask Dan and Daryl if I need anything else done with the heating as they are brilliant.
