I employed Banks D&B Ltd to undertake the full refurbishment works including new basement excavation, extension and roof replacement of a mixed-use heritage warehouse type building in central London. They managed and delivered the project professionally and diligently; they have a team fully equipped to handle the administration and regulatory aspects associated with a construction project and are also hands on with maintenance matters post construction. They are very proactive in resolving problem issues and pre-empting risks for a client. We have worked on two projects together and would highly reccommend their services.

We used Phillip Banks Developments for a recent major refurbishment and extension of our north London flat. We are delighted with the results and the very high quality of the finishes. PBD worked very effectively with our architect and structural engineer, and successfully completed this six month project within budget and on time. We found them to be professional and cooperative throughout and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
