Do not use Bargin Bathrooms! Were do u start... Has initial quote which was extortionate, then they requoted a more sensible figure they blamed the girls in the shop for the first quote being so high! They then turned up unannounced at 8am one morning to start the job wearing no masks (this was during stricked covid rules) ruined my floor boards which I had to pay someone else to come and repair/replace as they damaged them and did not say anything, workers were all asked on many occasions do not take the old copper pipes they all acknowledge this but one of them sneekly loaded it all up and wouldn't return it. Promised we wouldn't be without heating no matter what left us 2 days without heating during early months on the year! Workers helped themselves to our kettle and went into our fridge to get milk without asking! Kept stopping and starting the job, hard to contact to see when they were coming back to finish. Absolute nightmare from start to finish, but once finished then charged an extra £1,400 for no reason their excuse was due to under quoting initially! Would never recommend and you must beware of this company they are cowboys.

Wanted a new electric shower installed to replace old one, so made an appointment at the shop for the engineer to visit and assess the job. Rang the shop to confirm the visit the day before it was due - 'Oh sorry, he's out on another job tomorrow. Can we reschedule for the day after?' Fair enough. Engineer arrives next day, takes details and says he will get back with quote. 2 weeks later I called to ask what the quote was. 'Oh sorry, I'll get the engineer to get that to you'. 3 weeks passed and still no quote. Unprofessional, cherry picking outfit! Got the job done in 2 days by someone who respects their customers. Will never offer this company any work in the future, and certainly won't recommend.

We've recently had three bathrooms completely refurbished by the team from Bargain Bathrooms and couldn't be happier. The quality of work and customer service is second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending them friends and family.
