Got in touch with him yesterday, he got back to me straight away and was able to come the next day. Today he came when he said he would, fixed the problem, identified and fixed another problem…then at my request, we basically walked round the house identifying minor plumbing issues which he was happy and able to fix all of.
The bill at the end was incredibly reasonable and now everything works!
