Kristian Marsh5 StarAs a tiler having recently taken on my first wetroom package I was miss sold my gulley connection online by another vendor. Went in hoping and praying that something could be done to help, and Gav on the desk was my messiah. Took the part off me took it in back and within 5 minutes I was walking away with exactly what I needed, he even helped me assemble it at the counter. Cannot recommend them more and if I get anymore of these jobs I won't be going anywhere else. 5 stars all day.Saturday 29th October 2022
