Bassetts Bathrooms | Heating | Tiles

I have replaced a number of bathrooms over the past few years and each time Bassetts has been incredibly helpful and patient with us. They provided excellent advice and helped out quickly if installers had any help requests, couldn’t have asked for more! We have used Bassetts twice now and on both occasions found them to be excellent. The showrooms are well set out and provide design inspiration and the staff are very knowledgeable and take time to work with you on the best lay out and sanitary-ware for your bathroom. Highly recommend. Due to a crack in my shower tray, it had to be replaced. Given the fact that my bathroom is 37 years old, I was delighted Bassetts were able to specify the same color tray for me, Additionally, I replaced the shower cubicle's tiles with panels that coordinated with the rest of the bathroom.

Brilliant service provided from Andrea throughout my bathroom refurbishment. She went the extra mile to help me source the products I had chosen even if they weren’t in the showroom & helped me realise the bathroom I had visualised. The quality of the materials supplied were first class, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend the Lisburn showroom & especially having a chat with Andrea who’s friendly & professional advice made my experience stress free.

I’ve been popping in and out of Bassets for the last 3 years as I’m slowly doing up my house and Liam in the showroom has been fantastic to deal with. He gives good advice and guidance and has even come out to measure up for tiles. They’ve been a good one stop shop for me providing sanitary ware, radiators, tiles, mirrors and storage cabinets. Nothing is too much trouble. Happy to recommend.
