It is now just over 2 years since our bathroom was re-designed and replaced. It still looks great and we love it. From the start, we felt our thoughts and ideas were taken into account - it is a small bathroom and so was quite challenging trying to make everything fit! Both the designer and the installation team were terrific; nothing ever seemed to be a bother. There have been a couple of small fixes done post-installation and the staff have been most helpful. I have recommended Bath & Heat Gallery to friends as we have been delighted with the outcome and the service.

My wife and I paid £8000 for Bath and Heat to supply and fit our new en-suite, which has turned out to be a huge error on our part. If I could give a zero star rating I would, perhaps even a negative one.. The reasons are multiple; 1/ Bath and Heat have a total reliance on a separate company of fitters to attend and uplift all the items we had ordered from Bath and Heats warehouse rather than organize deliver direct to our site. 2/ Bath and Heat have a farce of a warehouse which despite the fact that we had ordered and paid in November 2021, led to items being either missing or incorrectly ordered when the fitters arrived to pick them up in February 2022. In addition, the warehouse then tried to replace them with other wrong items or blamed the fitters for not checking what they were being given. 3/ Bath and Heat have an appalling culture whereby they simply blame everybody else, including their own suppliers and the company of fitters, rather than take any responsibility themselves. 4/ Bath and Heat were very quick to take our money, but have been extremely slow to arrange a refund that was due in relation to them having incorrectly sold us a shower recess, which the fitters were quick to point out simply could not be fitted. 5/ Derek from Bath and Heat, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude and dismissive in our communications with him and definitely left us with a feeling that as we had already paid Bath and Heat he was simply not interested. I would strongly advise any potential customers to seriously consider looking elsewhere and give Bath and Heat a very wide berth. As a side note I would like to add that the separate company of fitters have been absolutely fantastic, and despite the total ineptitude of Bath and Heat, the work the fitters have carried out has been great. As an additional side note, Bernie from Bath and Heat helped us design our en-suite and we would to say that she was fantastic, a really nice and helpful lady. It’s just a pity that the rest of the company she works for is so completely rotten.

We used Bath + Heat Gallery after looking at a couple of other companies. We felt that they offered much better value for money and we wanted the convenience of having one company doing the job from start to finish. From the beginning, we felt that they were interested in having satisfied customers and nothing was too much trouble. The designer chose our sink unit, tiles and shower, based on our taste, which was helpful. The installation went ahead as scheduled and every stage of it was well coordinated. The guys turned up on time, every day, and worked to complete the job. It involved removing a partition wall, full tiling, installation of the suite including shower, a ceiling and all the associated work. Despite it being a big job, the guys were tidy and respectful of our house. They were friendly and wanted to do a good job for us. David checked in several times to oversee the progress and this provided extra reassurance. We are delighted with our new en suite; it’s bright and well designed. We will be using this company in future when we redo our main bathroom and WC.

Just had my bathroom completed and love it! slight change as the basin unit was out of stock but i was made aware as soon as bath and heat found out and an alternative suggested before the installation which I'm glad of as it suits the bathroom so much better! thank you Fraser and his team for fitting quickly and tidy

1st class service from start to finish. David and Bernie in the showroom were so good and helpful with our bathroom planning. Excellent job by fitters too.
