I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bath panel which cost £165 inc postage and packaging. The bath panel arrived damaged on 2 edges. I requested a refund as I was not satisfied with the quality in respect of the damage. This was refused. They offered to send me another bath panel but as I was unhappy with the quality so I wanted a refund, which I was entitled to as per the Consumer Rights Act regulations. Despite presenting them with this evidence they just ignored my emails.

Please beware of and avoid this company. My experience is similar to another recent post - panel arrived damaged. Additionally, fitting parts were missing. It took me a while to establish contact with anyone, the phones were never answered and the supposed 'online chat' never worked. Eventually, a chap called Brendan (mentioned under other reviews) replied stating that a new panel (+ missing bits) would be sent out. That was about 4 weeks ago and despite my numerous attempts to contact them since, they've ignored all my attempts. My only option now is to refer to legal advice. I strongly advise that you don't buy anything from this company.

Avoid at all costs. Phone line is never answered. Live chat never operates. Emails not answered. My shower door is way past its delivery date and there is no sign of it. I am concerned they are out of business or are a scam/fraud.

Just an update!! 18 months and still no response to my emails to BRENDON. Couldn't use the panel due to damage. Given up now and made one myself. AVOID!!!!

I ordered my bath panel from the bath panel store a few weeks ago .Then I looked at the reviews and was a bit concerned because there was a lot of negative reviews. But I have to admit everything was great customer service delivery and the product was excellent. So from personal experience I would definitely recommend The Bath Panel Company. I was very satisfied.
