From the planning, surveying, installation to getting it all to work was very straightforward and with no complaints. The installer was very professional and we have no complaints with the finished product which was fully completed in 3 days. That was to install a walk in bath, new sink unit and new toilet. Another good point was the daily calls from the office to see how the work was progressing and if there were any issues. This was the second time we have used bathing solutions and I have no complaints on either of the installations carried out.

Overall this has been a seamless experience from the first visit of the business representative to the final installation. We are extremely happy with the appearance of the shower room and all seems to be working perfectly. Scott, the fitter, was an exceptionally hard working young man who went out of his way to ensure that the installation was completed accurately even though our plumbing was, to put it kindly, somewhat eccentric. Top marks all round!
