Quietly knowledgeable and very thorough throughout, they never tried to oversell, and once we agreed what we needed, they set their times and stuck the them. The fitters, Craig and Alan were both excellent and kept us informed of their progress all the way, the finish was excellent and if we needed either to come back and make sure of anything, they did. So wish I had of took notice of the review with 1 star After pay over £5000 for whole new suite you would think it would last, had it in just over a year had the company out twice for problems in that time and now having to pay for a new shower cubicle and replace floor tiles and new plummer as it's leaking through to my ceiling downstairs and stained. So paying just under £1000 for this to be done after having contacted the bathroom and tile company to bring this to their attention and haven't heard nothing after they said they would be out to look at the damage and didn't show up. So yes if you want to waste money and have alot of stress look eleswhere.

A first class business that I would recommend wholeheartedly. Andy provides excellent service from choosing the fixtures and fittings for my toilet and basin unit to installation. His attention to detail went above and beyond when he even offered to tighten up my loose bath taps. The showroom has a good selection of quality bathroom fittings to choose from and he was happy to help me select choices within my buget. I'm very glad I chose Bathroom and Tile Studio.
