The level of service from start to finish has been excellent. Nothing has been too much trouble and the level of finish to our bathrooms has left us stunned. Bathroom Boutique exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Many thanks to Dave and Georgina for designing and creating a bathroom that fit our budget and surpassed our expectations. A big thanks also goes to Andy and his team for the excellent way they went about installing our new bathrooms. As I said the results are fabulous and we are very thankful to you all for your efforts.

Having recently used Bathroom Boutique I can only give them my very highest recommendation. They have recently supplied and fitted a wet room and an en suite bathroom to the highest standard. Georgina and Dave in the showroom were always on hand and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our bathroom fitter Anthony was the model tradesman. Always pleasant and polite, efficient and knowledgeable I can honestly say we would not consider going anywhere else in the future. 10 out of 10.Look forward to them doing our third and final bathroom ! From start to end the job these guys said they could do had been a nightmare. They recommended we use their fitter for a small WC. What should have been an easy 5 day job has still not been completed. It’s been going on since the beginning of February. Now April! Their fitter didn’t turn up on a number of occasions when he said he would, underestimated our tiles so the job was delayed weeks - he then tried to blame us for it. He left us without a washer on two occasions for several days and on one occasion didn’t tell us and our kitchen was flooded. The woman in the shop had no real grasp of the situation and when things started going wrong was quick to wash her hands of it. Never once got any courtesy calls from her to see how things were going, even after the kitchen flooded. We had an unexpected power cut last week and their fitter threw a wobbler and sent us a rude text - as if we’d planned it! Basically we’ve had to cut ties with them half way through the job as the whole experience has been so awful. Such a shame as the workmanship was good. Let down badly by amateur customer service and rudeness. Still haven’t had any response from a formal complaint letter I set days ago. Avoid if you want a stress-free job!
