I have already recommended Alan and his amazing team to 5 people now. They have fitted both my new bathroom and new showerroom. Alan is friendly, professional and accountable. Each room needed a complete overhaul and the results speak for themselves, absolutely delighted with the results and all times felt completely in control of the decisions about everything! Cannot recommend highly enough. If I could give 20 stars I would.

Alan and his team installed an entire new bath and shower room. The old bathroom was stripped back to the brick the floor lifted, levelled and renewed and did an altogether superb job! I would highly recommend Bathroom Design Scotland!

When we were looking for someone to remodel our en-suite, Alan's quote was the highest. Nevertheless, his endless stories about the unmatched quality of his work convinced us to go with him over the competition. Big mistake! Alan will charge you a few hundred for 'design', which you will end up doing yourself. Like many other traders, he has 10% discount from stores where he takes you to choose the materials, but, unlike other traders, who will let you benefit from this discount, he will pay for the materials with your money and keep the discount for himself. In terms of the end result, Alan's workers could not deliver even after two attempts to give us what we agreed on and paid for. Months after the agreed deadline, we were left with cracked tiles around the shower cabin, some extremely badly applied silicone on the wall and around the basin and the floor grout in three different colours, ranging from light grey to very dark charcoal, all on less then 4 m2 floor surface. Alan came to the property to 'fix' this, doing absolutely nothing apart from sealing it all off with some transparent silicone. We have spent months trying to get hold of him, but he is refusing to discuss this further or issue partial refund. I am including pictures of the finished joints between wall and floor tiles in the en-suite; some are light grey, others are dark grey and yet others have no grout at all. Unless you are willing to pay ££££ and live with this kind of finish, do avoid.

Just wanted a quote, was told a week ago I would be emailed one. 4 days later there was nothing, was told there would be sent one over by the weekend, I'm still waiting 4 days on... I was not impressed by the lack of professionalism to even just provide a simple quote. Will not be using this company.
