The guy who runs the shop is spot on, however he is let down( our experience ) by those who carry out the work ...it's not unreasonable to expect a shower unit fitting (rail supporting over head and hand held shower piece ) to be be fixed perpendicular (the bar is a few degrees off and as it is a reasonable length it catches the eye everytime we use the shower, nothing to do magnetic variation variation !! and the previous bar/rail was perfectly perpendicular). In addition the plumber who attended managed to provide an unwanted water feature in the lounge!! My advice if you do use the shop is take any advice provided and buy fittings if they are right for you ...but. strongly consider identifying your own fitter, don't make use of the staff associated with the shop you may be dissapointed. I/were so choked by the obvious miss fitting (finish is everything ) I didn't want to confront/discuss it , just very dissapointed. As I observed, I am very capable of doing a poor job, I don't need to pay someone to provide a poor indifferent standard. When you pay a fee, not unreasonably you expect a quality finish.

As for your comments you have not been in my showroom or you would have seen that i do price ranges from low to high, as for my words i find this hard to believe as why would i be disrespectful if i was trying to sell you something. 4. I have used this bathroom shop many times, for lots of little bits and some big. The guy who owns it is lovely, very helpful and friendly. The shop is well stocked and anything I wanted and couldn't find the owner went out of his way to source it for me. Would highly recommend paying this shop a visit if you are in the market for a new bathroom.
