From start to finish our experience with Bathroom Eleven has been fantastic. From our initial consultation to installation the customer service has been excellent. Adam came up with some fantastic design ideas, really listening to our brief and taking into account our budget and family life. The installation was seamless and quality of products used were excellent. I would highly recommend Bathroom Eleven to anyone looking for an end to end bathroom solution for their home

Bathroom Eleven was fantastic from start to finish. Adam filled me with complete confidence from my first telephone conversation with him. The design process was an absolute pleasure; Adam gave us some wonderful ideas and was incredibly patient and professional, making adjustments as we changed our minds to achieve the desired result. He always went above and beyond the necessary to meet our needs. The installation was totally stress-free for us. Ian did a great job putting the design into place - he worked so hard and was no trouble to have in the house, keeping everything so tidy and organised. Chris too did a lovely job with the decorating. Ben kept a close eye on the whole process and kept in regular touch, which was much appreciated. The whole team was SO impressive; they know how to operate and offer exceptional customer service. We would not hesitate to use Bathroom Eleven again and we recommend this fabulous company without reservation. They have given us a really beautiful, practical and high quality bathroom.

Bathroom Eleven delivered the bathroom of our dreams. From the first design session to the final sign-off Adam, Ben and their team were superb. Nothing was too much trouble, and the fitters were the most polite and tidy tradesmen we have ever had in our house - a pleasure to do business with. The quality of the design, the materials and hence the finish is really exceptional. We are thrilled and would absolutely recommend Bathroom Eleven to others. There really is zero chance of being disappointed !

The Bathroom Eleven team hve been a pleasure to work with, and we are extremely happy with our new Master Ensuite Bathroom. From the smooth and inspiring Design process with Alex, to the rennovation and fitting with Chris, we were satisfied with their communication and proffessionalism throughout the process. Our new bathroom mathches the initial designs pefectly, and we couldn't have achieved such a high standard without their help.
