Does not comply with regulation to protect customers. Due to this company believing they should not have to comply with the 2013 Consumer Contract regulations, which states that a company should refund your delivery charges when items are purchased online and cancelled within 14 days, I am now having to spend my time pursuing the matter personally and will be reporting this situation to trading standards. It’s a complete pain me having to now take matters further, but on principle someone needs to stand up against companies like this. If nothing else the staff time and effort they are going to have to spend going forward dealing with this matter will in itself be worth me pursuing the issue and not letting them do as they please. If you want to deal with a company that believes it does not have to follow regulations designed to protect customers buying online at a distance then go ahead at your peril. I appreciate this is an additional cost to the company, but that is no excuse not to comply, as the customer equally has to pick up the expense of the return delivery cost, when the item turns up not the colour expected and looks different to the colour on the images online. Being an online company you are already saving costs on having multiple retails units across the country, you therefore have to expect and factor in these direct costs as a result of selling online, especially as you are expected and obligated to refund delivery costs under the 2013 Consumer Contract Regulations when a customer cancels the contract within 14 days. The company has argued the regulations are not reasonable which is why they don’t comply with them. This shows a complete lack of respect with complying with regulations set to protect the consumer. Until there is any change to these regulations and new regulations produced, any respectable and professional company should comply with the law regardless of whether they agree with them or not. I’m not surprised this company only has 2.3 star rating. If they are not prepared to follow these regulations then personally I would be very concerned about what other regulations they are not prepared to comply with.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely awful service from Bathroom Planet. Placed an order back in February of over £4k and STILL waiting on items arriving. This is despite Bathroom Planet confirming on 4 occasions that these items were due back in stock and would be delivered to us. I eventually asked for my money back as I have ordered elsewhere and now I am receiving no response from Bathroom Planet whatsoever. Had to report the transaction as fraud to my bank in order to try and get over £1k back from them. Please if you value your hard earned money & don't want your time wasted DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So many other reputable more reliable companies out there.

We ordered a lot of items originally, some came fine, some were delayed and others were missing and I had to do a lot of chasing. We have now discovered that one of the WC's came without the fixings and I am trying my hardest to get one sent out but after days of dealing with customer services I have still not got them, they cost £30 to buy separately and they should have come with the toilet. I would NOT recommend ordering from Bathroom Planet.

NO PRODUCT/NO RESPONSE/NO PHONE/ NO REFUND What a completely awful disorganised unresponsive company to deal with, cannot get them to answer the phone, email or live chat. Ordered two toilet brushes for £110 ok they were out of stock, i was fine waiting. One confirmed delivery date missed, second delivery date missed. No response to emails or phone call (always goes to answer machine) Live chat no existent. Seriously |Bathroom Planet how difficult i it to take two toilet brushes out of the big cardboard box they come in (if you actually stock them) stick two into a smaller box, pop a label on and dispatch? If you are a drop shipper which I suspect you are, how difficult is it for the company you deal with to do the same? You have been asked twice for a refund and still no response. Thank god i didn't spend anymore with you. If you cannot sort out the dispatch of two toilet brushes how the hell can you sort out the dispatch of anything. GIVE ME A REFUND NOW!!!!!
