BUYER BEWARE.....Bought a tap late in 2014 for my new home,Moved in at the end of April 2015., then5 weeks ago I was unable to use the tap. contacted company who stated that I had to send a video of the tap and they would sort out the issue. Customer service were emailing me with all the videos/photographs that they wanted.6 sent to them and still they asked for just one more.In the end they sent out items to repair the tap which I never received however I contacted delivery company and they asked me to let the company know and they were to claim against them Today 5 weeks after having NO tap I was asked to pay for delivery of the spare parts. Be aware as think that you are getting a guarantee for 10years. Avoid this company at all costs.Bet you didn't realise that when you buy a tap you have to have a video to film things when the faulty taps stop working and be able to send the files via email.

Terrible, terrible company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 40 years in the trade. Their ethos is to make life as difficult as possible if you have a problem, until you give up and leave them with your money and you end up with shoddy goods that don't work. I purchased sensor taps for a customer from their Ebay store and they only shipped one instead of two. Second took over a week to arrive.The taps just ate batteries - 4 x duracell AA's per tap per week. Bathroom store insisted on seeing photo's and videos of taps not working because batteries had failed! And then did nothing about it, no help or advice. Ended up paying an electrician to install a mains feed. Within two months one of the control boxes started to leak, again they insisted on photo's and videos. Point blank refused to send out a new control box without video proof of the old one leaking. I explained that I could not afford to drive 18 miles each way and lose 1.5 hours money to take pictures for them, allowing that this would be callout number 5 to this client because of the taps. Several emails later I decided to cut my losses, lose the grief and throw their crap product in the skip and purchase from a reputable company! Please save yourself grief and money and avoid Bathroom Store Direct.
