I almost gave up on my new bathroom as I couldn’t make a decision on what to choose, there was so much to look at! Then I met lovely Jacob, who explained everything, helped me choose the right products and put it all together seamlessly, putting up with my dithering along the way! An exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and personable young man, I would have no hesitation in recommending him or the company to anyone. Now I just have to get my fitter to commit to a date, wish that was half as easy! Customer service received is above and beyond all expectations! Thank you Jacob, forever grateful for your help. 👏👏👏👏

Very impressed with the service. Jacob Dean was excellent. The price was also cheaper than I found outside. Can’t recommend their service highly enough. Jacob sorted everything out and the builder liaised with him directly. They took the stress away!

we replaced all the bathrooms in the house and the service provided by Chris Argles was excellent; we were not the easiest of customers, changing our minds regularly but he was patient and very professional. We are very happy with the finished bathroom and shower rooms and while we have had some minor issues he has responded very quickly and sorted them. I have no hesitation in recommending Bathrooms by Design and Chris in particular.

At the end of a Pandemic and a stressful house renovation when all materials were sky-high, Chris and the team at Bathrooms By Design provided a fantastic service. We didn't really know what we wanted but we had ideas. When we went to the showroom in Richmond we had a great experience. Using their Virtual Reality technology, Chris built a digital model of our bathroom. We then picked what we wanted, moved things around, checked if doors opened and worked out what would be the best fit. Chris even managed to engineer a huge mirror onto a tricky wall which is fabulous! We then put on an Oculus Rift (Virtual Reality Headset) and saw/stood in our future bathroom. It was great. We were sold. All of the items turned up on time, with nothing missing. The aftercare service from Seda and the team has been great with communication channels as simple as whats app. (My bathroom fitter appreciated the communication with an expert) I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a top-quality bathroom.
