We had a very small space to be able to put a bath and shower. From the moment we walked into the showroom, the level of attention and customer service we received was first class. There was no over selling, or pushy salesmanship; just very empathetic advice and guidance. The workmanship and professionalism was excellent, and, even when we experienced a slight leak, there was no drama. They came round within half an hour to fix it and still offered to be on call, even after they'd finished the job and been paid. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

Spent a couple of frustrating hours driving around the big DIY stores /plumbers merchants in Worthing but nobody had back to wall toilets in stock. Decided to try Bathscene as had often driven past. Parked in the multi storey opposite (£1 an hour) Was delighted to not only find they had what we were looking for but there was also a choice of options. Brilliant customer service too (shout out to Kiya) Was able to park outside to collect the goods once paid for and they helped me load the car too. Big tick for supporting local business

I popped into Bath Scene to enquire about the kitchen units they had on display in the window. The gentleman was busy with a customer, but a girl sitting around the corner was doing some paper work. I said hello & she replied but said no more just carried on with what she was doing. Thought she could have said can I help you or someone will be with you shortly ..... I just left the shop. I don't think she even noticed.

I don't usually write bad reviews, and I've had good experiences with this shop before, but... I ordered a corner basin unit in early October, and was told it was very likely to be ready for collection within 5 days. It then became apparent there was no stock. The girl, Ellie, was very helpful to start with, and I was willing to wait, knowing how Covid-19 was affecting deliveries. However, two months passed and several phone calls from me, before I was finally told it was ready for collection, (still ok with that) but when I arranged for a bathroom fitter to come to fit it, we discovered the basin was damaged on several corners. I contacted Bath Scene and Ellie agreed to replace it and advised she would let me know when it arrived. She didn't, and when I eventually contacted her, it had miraculously just come in - that day! I went to pick it up the next day, and Ellie was unwilling to open it, in case she damaged it, saying I could once again return it if there was a problem. I was understandably becoming slightly weary. She gave no apology for all the inconvenience to me, or my bathroom fitter whatsoever. I had been very patient, but I was certainly not going to leave without checking the replacement was in good order this time, which didn't go down well with her. She was very rude and certainly needs to improve her customer service skills!
