From humble beginnings Bathtime Northwest Ltd. was founded in 2004 with only three members of staff, including director Phil Liley. As our reputation for excellent service and consistency has increased so has the company, now employing nine members of staff. We are due to undergo an expansion to our showrooms, so we can stock even more high-end bathroom suites, fittings and accessories-watch this space for news... I have just had a total bathroom refurbishment, in the planning stages I decided to call in to Bathtime to get some ideas and layouts. I was met with an extremely professional and knowledgeable team of people who walked me through my options based on my expectations and budget ... Overall the experience was excellent and fantastic value for money. I would definitely recommend Bathtime Northwest to my friends and family.

Went in today just to sit in a bath to check the sizes as I'm 6'4 and stocky.One of the male employees spent a huge amount of time with me which I didn't expect and honestly felt embarrassed about. I was put at ease immediately and told not to worry. Even though he knew there was no sales opportunity from my visit he spent a lot of time looking at bathroom dimensions and giving me advice which was invaluable. Really great service 10/10. Might not be a sale but I'd definitely recommend and hopefully my review will help others consider them. Thanks again 👍
