Were supposed to survey land and upon arriving declared d they where unable due to lack of phone signal. Why they didn't pre prepare and visit site or check these things before attempting to attend is anyone's guess,tbey could have downloaded a map or even why they are using consumer grade equipment that relies on such a thing is quite frankly incredibly unprofessional.
