Wonderful workmanship and professionalism from Bru and his team who worked hard throughout and delivered a top class job. We were very impressed with every aspect from first communication to the last details, and with clear communication and attention to the smallest details throughout. And what a lovely crew to have working in the house!

Surprisingly, for any building work, it was a very enjoyable experience having Bru and his colleague, Billy, renovate my bathroom. I was impressed at the professionalism and care that was shown at every stage. This began at the first communication and visit and carried on throughout the work. It was a big and awkward job on an old bathroom which needed a total reconfigure. I was prepared for a horrible mess and disruption. But they were very careful to cover all areas of the rest of the house and to keep the mess to the absolute minimum, always taking the rubbish and rubble away each day. The standard of workmanship is outstanding. The tiling was especially pleasing despite having chosen some difficult tiles with uneven surfaces. Bru knows exactly what he is doing and what is required to achieve what you want. He is organised and communicative. I felt very at ease with both him and Billy and Chris who came to help with the tiling. They are all lovely people and it made such a huge difference to the job. Also, they worked hard to complete the work as quickly as possible. So there was no frustration about them going off to do other jobs. I am really thrilled with my new bathroom. It's made a huge difference to the house and probably added value to it. I can reccommend Bru's business to anyone. It is such a joy to have a really good experience with workmen you can trust. We needed someone to renovate our bungalow and only had a few months to get it done so we could move in ahead of our son being born. The situation was hugely stressful and we spoke to dozens of builders who laughed at us and told us they were available in 6 - 12 months time. Bru has been incredible - he said he would get the work done before Christmas and he managed to finish a week early. He was accommodating from the very start when we weren't quite sure what we needed him to do and was happy to add on extra bits that we realised we needed as the work took place. His quote was really clear and he stuck to the price. At the end of the job he was on hand to check we were happy and to make sure that they completed any last minute fixes we needed. I could not recommend BB Home Maintenance more highly - they completed the work to time, to budget and are absolutely lovely to boot. Bru dismantled the old kitchen and utility room and installed new ones for us, replaced the boiler, installed a radiator, knocked out and made good the fireplace, installed engineered wood flooring throughout, boarded and made good an RSJ, blocked up one window and replaced another window for us.

Bru and his team (Billy and Chris) were absolutely brilliant from initial meeting through till the end. Always on time, friendly and worked to a high standard and very tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and had plenty of experience to deal with whatever needed to be done. So pleased with the kitchen they have fitted. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It has been a joy to have Bru and his team build our new kitchen. They have been marvelous throughout. They were on time, tidy and professional. There is nothing I can complain about and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done. Thanks lads.
