I have used BDI for reconfiguration of my home after being recommended by my architect. Micaela and Mariam have been professional and very efficient throughout the process and I am very pleased with BDI as a whole. Part way through we decided to change one of the aspects of the build, this meant that new calcs and drawings would be required. These were turned around so quickly that it didn't hold up the build and steels could be ordered as planned. As always drawings were delivered on time, if not before, and gave me and my wife complete piece of mind. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a structural engineer.

I recently used BDI for a single storey extension to my home. Building work is to commence shortly and the builder has commented on how detailed the BDI drawings are. A very pleasant and efficient company to deal with.

Very professional, efficient and responsive. I'm in the process of constructing a new build. Nick and Steve have been amazing - they've provided detailed designs in a timely manner and always available to offer good advice. BDI provide professional indemnity which is essential if you need structural designs for an extension or new build. To my surprise, there are many structural engineers out there who operate without indemnity - its really not worth putting your home at risk. I recommend these guys without hesitation.

I have used BDI on a number of projects from residential extensions to new builds and an office to residential conversion. Everything has always been turned around in an extremely time efficient and professional manor with great advice and options given at every step of the way. Their drawings are incredibly clear and simple to follow which makes a big difference. Happy to recommend them and will be using them for many more projects in the future.
