Pamela Williams5 StarI instructed Steve to undertake a photographic condition report adjoining a house which is in a Party Wall dispute with a developer of a large building project close to my own property. He responded quickly to liaise with all parties for a mutually convenient appointment. He was helpful, considerate and informative.
He sent me the report promptly and was available for advice.

We found him to be very professional, helpful and incredibly positive to our requests throughout the process. It was extremely impressive how he was able to deal with the other parties involved and produce a sensible and fair agreement in a very short space of time.
