-5* It's been awful experience with beesley and Field since placed an order for Redland renown slate grey tile over six weeks ago. Firstly they took the order saying had a stock and will be deliver in 2-3 working days. Sent message after week saying stock is not due till week…not yet received a product and no response, every time I call it goes to voicemail even though no callback. Total project has been stuck over 6week, builder is charging me for their cause. Just Avoid..

Rude, abrupt staff on desk in main showroom. Several occasions have been in looking for either landscaping materials or new kitchen/bathroom, and each time as ask for help , the 'lads' having a loud conversation and swearing behind counter abruptly answer, not interested at all. Totally unprofessional and no customer service, we are not all tradesman, we don't all know exactly what we need, that's what we hope to get advice on. My business has gone elsewhere. No doubt these are just a few individuals as the older guys in the plumbing shed are fantastic and very helpful, shame all your staff aren't like that...
