Dreadful build quality, serious defects throughout house, garage and even the garden. Despite promises of works being carried out 5 months later I am still fighting to get what I pad for the for!!!! Lots of meetings, empty promises and the latest tactic is to go back on works they promised as goodwill. Do not trust this company and avoid. Solomans Seal, Horsham West Sussex. The directors could not care less so I am submitting formal complaints.

Recently purchased a Bellway Home. Thoroughly impressed with the service provided from Sales through to purchase, and also (so far) with regardings to snagging. Mark Moore is our site manager in Billingshurst, and he's been incredibly helpful. With all the nightmare's I've heard of new build properties, I'm happy to say we've had no trouble at all with Bellway, and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Disgraceful service. Since putting our initial reservation fee down on the property, nothing ran smoothly. Bellway are quick to take your money but very slow to help you with anything once they have it. Our completion date was pushed back 4/5 months causing chaos. Bellway put us up in short term accommodation as our rent agreement at our old property had ran out. We were put up in a short stay appartment block riddled with drug users and dealers who rang our appartment bell and knocked all night asking for drugs, which was terrifying. It also had to be fumigated as it was riddled with cockroaches. Bellway did not care. We have now been in our new flat for the worst part of a year or so. One of our windows is still broken, damp is coming through one of the walls and various other things are rearing their ugly head showing what is wrong with the property. The incompetence of bellway trying to arrange for appointment to take place to ‘fix’ the problems you report is such hard work. In making it so hard and drawn out I assume that they’re hoping you will just give up and go away. I’m sure they’ll respond timely enough to this review however stating that they are lovely and any issues to contact them, which will yet again go in answered for weeks. The thing is bellway I don’t care if you respond to this comment suggesting how great a company you are, because you will never convince me otherwise. You will continue to sell sub par homes and get away with it. You should be ashamed.

An absolutely dreadful company. They knock down beautiful historic buildings to put up small overpriced shoddily built boxes they call homes and cream the profits off for there shareholders with not a care in the world in what they are doing to this country as long as their greedy pockets are full.
