From the ideas and design stage, through the finalising and ordering, the liaison with our builder and fitter, the quality of the products, right up to the after sales service, we were very pleased with the entire experience dealing with Benchmarx Chelmsford, particularly their representative Josh. Highly recommended !!

Despite several verbal assurances by their sales representative that the upstands were included in the quotation, guess what. No upstands and bingo another few hundred pounds added to the cost. Additionally I enquired whether we could buy another basket for the larder unit to be told that this isn't an item they can provide. So I have a larded unit that actually can't hold very much. Surely they can get another basket, i mean what happens if one is damaged or defective. I suppose you're on your own. God help us if we need to get any replacement parts. Not the sort of service you'd expect from a company you just spent £7,000 with. So much for customer service. Very disappointing.

Benchmarx supplied my new kitchen three years ago. I went there recently to see if I could get some extra shelves for the cupboards - although they had been discontinued, the chap managed to find me what I was after from old stock, and gave me then free of charge.
