Excellent customer service from Mark and Wayne. They were only too pleased to help and solve problems, very attentive. They reviewed the designs from other quotes made improvements and still beat the other prices. The order came exactly as described, any missing parts (which there were hardly any) were sourced and replaced very quickly. Mark was able to quote for flooring, doors, door furniture. etc for the rest of the renovation. Finally, Benchmarx Redditch designed and supplied cabinets and furniture for other rooms in the house. I fully recommend!

I have been really impressed by the service provided by Mark and Wayne at Redditch Benchmarx. Both were friendly and helpful on my first visit. I was booked for a planning session and asked for what I wanted. Mark drew up a plan and I asked for a few changes which he made on the plan. I was then given a price which I felt was very good. I paid my deposit and was told my kitchen would be available in 6 weeks. Sure enough, 6 weeks later on the date that was quoted, my kitchen was delivered. You do have to sort out your own kitchen fitter etc but I had a great one! My kitchen has been transformed, and I am so pleased with the very high quality of the units and appliances. Very happy customer.
