Ildiko Horvath1 StarBad bad choice. #benchmarx miss-sold woodchip worktop as solid wood which is also unfit for the design they created for us. Now they are refusing to refund because apparently they gave it to us for free. Kitchen was supposed to have been delivered a week ago but we are still unsure whether we will receive the final pieces tomorrow. Somehow they are clueless about what is on stock and when they can deliver items. Will be reported to #tradingstandardsThursday 16th November 2017
