I am really pleased with my new shower room from BeneLava. They took the time to listen to what I needed as well as what I wanted and made every effort to make it possible. I am grateful to Marcus for his patience and help in making what was a completely unsuitable space into something I can enjoy everyday.

Marcus provided a professional service from start to finish, including making helpful suggestions at the design stage and checking progress during the works themselves. We hit some difficulties during installation due to supply issues (caused by COVID) but Marcus resolved these promptly and at short notice. Will certainly be using Benelava again in the future.

We couldn't be happier with our revamped downstairs shower room courtesy of BeneLava Bathrooms. Customer experience with Marcus was second to none. ..just like customer service used to be. Fantastic displays in the showroom helped us with our choice of top quality appliances and tiles. The 3D plans that Marcus drew up were integral in giving us an excellent end result. Special mention also to Scott, our bathroom fitter, who was patient as well as highly skilled to provide a top class finish. So thank you BeneLava. We would highly recommend this company. We used Bene Lava for our bathroom refurbishment. From the very beginning Marcus was very helpful and understanding of our needs. His initial quote was very high but using high class/quality items. he sought out alternative quality suppliers for us, requoted 2 or 3 times without any hesitation and after many discussions/visits we decided to proceed with Bene Lava. The installation was given to Scott who came around and checked everything was OK prior to work commencing. The actual stripping and re-fitting went without any issues and we are highly delighted with our new bathroom! I would recommend Bene Lava and Marcus to anyone, give Marcus and indication of your budget and he will do his utmost to help. If you are expecting a B&Q price then they are not for you! If you want a professional service/advice/design with quality bathroom items then use Marcus!

We wanted to change our en-suite but were really worried as we have no vision whatsoever and were concerned we would get it terribly wrong. With the help of Marcus's great design and advice on all aspects we are delighted with the finished result - sigh of relief!! We are also pleased with the workmanship and would like to thank Chris who installed it. We have no hesitation in recommending Benelava for any bathroom project. Margaret and Clive
