Felicity Moore5 StarWow! What a company. I initially emailed Greg in the HQ at Ferring, who replied promptly and professionally answering all my questions concisely. Ordered a bulk bag of Pea Beach with FREE DELIVERY! two days later.
Gary the delivery driver and crane operator was outstanding. We live on the busy A27 with a long driveway but the grass kerb is not an easy place to pull up, park or turn, let alone a massive lorry with a crane moving a bulk bag. We were amazed by Gary’s skill, determination and desire to help ensure the bag was positioned safely within our house boundary, over the fencing and ready for easy spreading. Gary was so kind and made the entire process enjoyable and left us feeling really pleased and happy with such excellent customer service!
