I had a cloak room fitted, complete new room, with tiled floor. Excellent service and a high quality job. Would definitely use again. Very efficient, great advice and great design for the cloak room.

My elderly mother’s heating system failed just as the cold weather was starting this month. I reached out to Dave at Berry’s and was so grateful for his immediate response and responsiveness getting out to my mother’s house in under 24 hours. I live abroad and was so relieved to get instant communications from Dave and his team. My mother has relied on Berry’s Plumbing and Heating good services for over 60 years. Nearly £500 for a service followed by a minor repair. Wouldn’t send an itemised bill. Completely evasive about what it would cost said ‘ I don’t deal with the money’ when it turns out David is a one man company with a secretary in the office. Did work we didn’t ask him to do and then threatened debt recovery when we asked him why the bill was so high. Very unhappy!
