Alex & his team fitted three new bathrooms all at once. They were polite, tidy and professional. I felt I could chat through any changes and we worked together. As we were away from the property Alex sent messages & photos each day & he went out of his way to do other small changes which I really appreciated. We are really happy with the result. Alex and his team did a great job primarily with our downstairs cloakroom replacing all of the wall tiles, floor tiles and plastering the ceiling, installing a new radiator and putting up fixtures. The upstairs bathroom underwent sanitary ware replacement which the team also undertook. Overall a very good turnkey service and the communication was great from start to finish. They were not the cheapest quote I had but Alex was the most professional, knowledgeable and provided the turnkey aspect which just removes the hassle. The team were very friendly, polite and respectful. Would highly recommend.

Alex and his team has done a great job from start to finish for my bathroom. The advice given was genuine and professional throughout. It’s been difficult to find competitors that were as efficient and responsive as Alex and his team - they’re always prompt with email replies and keeping you up-to-date with the progress. One slight thing is that the quotes are on the more expensive side.

We have modernised our downstairs cloakroom with a new toilet, wash hand basin, flooring & taps. Alex & his team have done an excellent job and any mess was kept to minimum. We are very pleased with their workmanship & have asked them to update our ensuite bathroom.
