Totally unresponsive to calls / Facebook messages etc. Then book a day in and don’t bother showing up, then re-arrange for another day just to not show up again.
Honestly, if this is what their communication is like imagine what their workmanship must be like!

Martin McAllister5 StarOne of my radiators was cold at the bottom which stopped my main room getting heated properly. Paul explained that a build up of sludge can happen in a heating system and this was the issue. They cleaned the radiator out, and also fitted a MagnaClean Professional2 filter to capture particles to stop sludge buildup. Now in the room I have the thermostat lower and the room heats up a lot quicker. Great jobWednesday 10th May 2017
Emma Mckillion1 StarTotally unprofessional and unreliable. This company has never been able to answer the phone or make a call. Only contact seems to be over Facebook. Made an appointment for a boiler service and they never showed up. It was rearranged and I was assured it wouldn't happen again and still they didn't show up. No warning or attempt made to contact me either time. AVOIDSaturday 10th February 2018
