BlackSurv Ltd is a well established and friendly firm of Chartered Surveyors, (based in Halstead, Essex) regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
The Senior Director Laurence Black BSc MSc MRICs CSRT is a highly qualified and very experienced Chartered Surveyor who wanted to create a Surveying Firm with a difference.  BlackSurv was created following experiences gained with other practices and professionally related concerns. We operate a simple formula of providing a service to our clients that is aimed to be second to none. We are friendly and very approachable and will provide the best possible advice and service solely tailored to your needs.

We also never wish to spend client’s hard earned cash unnecessarily, therefore, we will always in the first instance take the time to have an informal discussion with you regarding your plans and provide our advice without delay. That advice may be to do very little, or take a staged approach. There may be preliminary investigative works required leading to more detailed works thereafter. Whatever we advise, it will be in your best interest, and finally—Our verbal advice is always free of charge.
