Horrendous experience. Once the job was completed, we couldn’t get the hot water on without the central heating on too and Sean wouldn’t answer our phone calls to come back and get it looked at. When we called from a different number, he answered just to say he’s on holiday! Not the service you’d expect after paying £5000! It’s a lot of money for our new boiler to fail, and it means we pay more for heating when we don’t actually need it. You’re quick to jump on a big expensive job, but after care is trash. calls ignored, Our pressurised pump has now seized and can’t get any hot water!

I can highly recommend Sean and Harry at Blue Flame. They were polite, efficient and did an excellent job installing our new gas boiler. Thank you for responding so quickly when we had no heating on a freezing cold day and for clearly talking us through the procedures and the workings of the new boiler. Your friendly manner and professional approach to your work was much appreciated. Great job and great value for money! :)
