You may ask why use an independent surveyor when some companies offer a FREE survey, well we all know nothing in life is free and ultimately any costs will be included in the quotation for work, and whilst we charge for our time and expertise which has been gained over many years of working in the damp and timber preservation industry our charges are reasonable and directly relative to your specific instructions, we will provide a detailed report in plain English.

Bob Massey is fully qualified, fully insured, and a member of the PCA (Property Care Association) formerly the BWPDA  (British Wood preserving and Damp Proofing Association) which is the only national recognised trade association representing the damp and timber preservation sector of the building and construction industry.

Our reports are required to be legally accurate and professionally presented, we can very often identify general building defects that when rectified can remedy a problem without expensive and disruptive chemical treatments. And if specialist work is required our report can be used for competitive tendering.
