Our boiler needed replacing and was reccomended to boiler care via a family member who had used them previously. Very happy with the price and the service in general. Will definitely use again if needed and happy to reccomend.

Have refused to answer any methods for contact to arrange follow up boiler servicing which was included in the original price. Have been attempting to contact for over a month with no response.

Picked up a recommendation for Boiler Care & Bathrooms on Homesweet Home on Facebook after our heating packed up the day before New Years Eve. One final kick in the teeth from 2020! Josh was great. He came the same day, diagnosed all the problems and solved them. Really polite, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Can't recommend highly enough.

2 NEW RADIATORS AND VANITY UNIT Really happy with the service recieved. Josh came round to quote the job the same day I rang and once approved we made arrangements for a couple days later for the works to commence. Boiler Care and Bathrooms were due to install and commission a brand new boiler for the place my wife, baby and I were moving in January, as the previous boiler was no longer functioning. They advised the job was completed but, when we moved in, it appeared clear that the job was a mess. The boiler was actually not working at all, meaning the place was freezing cold in the midst of winter with no hot water in the middle of winter, and the pipe works were poorly done, with a large hole pierced through the external wall with no grouting, leading to even more cold air going into the property. The gas engineer responsible for the job first took our call, acknowledged the issue and confirmed he would come in short order to fix this: he was indeed fully aware that we were moving in with our 8-week old baby and that heat was a necessity. But he did not came on the scheduled day and completely ignored our calls and messages for the following two weeks. We ultimately had to call annoter plumbing company to install a new boiler given the one proposed for our flat was actually not fit to standards and the place’s plumbing pipes ultimately required sludge cleaning. Not only did we face significant and un-budgeted over-costs: we were completely unassisted and unsupported by someone who was fully aware of the issues we were facing and that willingly ignored our calls for help. It was really a difficult experience for my household and we were ultimately pleased to realize Boiler Care and Bathrooms were the exception rather than the norm, with other traders in that sector being much more professional, diligent and human. To avoid at all cost.
