Jane Kirby5 StarBarry came to help me after Cowboy plumbers messed not just my bathroom but my whole plumbing and heating system up. This was supposed to be a small en-suite replacement and immersion tank transfer to the loft but what I was left with was water pouring through my kitchen ceiling and no heating, hot water or mains water. The bathroom was unusable and temperatures were plummeting and Barry agreed to help. He put back work to start mine. Unfortunately the work the previous company had done meant that nothing was salvageable. Everything had to be ripped out, including the new floor in which Barry found that the previous company had screwed the floor into heating pipes, not once but four times, which were causing the leak in the ceiling. Barry was amazing, professional, took the job in hand, coordinated other tradesman in to help at short notice and 4 weeks later, I have a whole new plumbing and heating system, new loft hatch and stairs because the other company damaged it and a beautiful bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company again to anyone and want to say a massive thank you to Barry and Carl and the rest of the trades who came in for all your hard work.Thursday 21st November 2019
