PLEASE READ if you want to save stress and lots of money This so called builder operates in the North Birmingham/Sutton Coldfield area targeting professional and business owners who are time poor. The owner is a total con artist and fabulous salesman who speaks little English but makes lots of money - I can personally vouch for that as I overpaid him tens of thousands of pounds. He does have a reputation of working on luxury homes but believe me he will destroy your home, nothing is of quality and you WILL lose value on your home as the workmanship is so shoddy. It comes as no surprised to me that he recently bought a Range Rover exceeding £100k. I have spoken to many other victims of this guy and I hope that this review will help at least 1 person. The company is NOT cheap and I implore you to find a professional reputable company and sign a contract. I did not sign a contract (yes stupid I know) but if you feel for whatever reason to employ this con merchant then make sure you have a legally watertight contract. However, my parting words are 'Do not deal with this company'.
