Georgia Beales1 StarI purchased a bath/shower screen from this company, had it installed and during the installation process we quickly realised the screen was either faulty and/or the design of the screen was actually unsafe and not fit for purpose. I highlighted my concerns to the company who were quick to place blame on the installer and said it wasn’t installed correctly. Instructions during installation were followed very carefully and it has nothing to do with installation. I offered for the company to send someone out to my house to check the screen had been installed correctly (which they ignored) and was continually denied the option to return the item and denied a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is shockingly poor and they won’t accept responsibility for selling substandard bathroom products which are quite frankly unsafe.Friday 25th February 2022
