Brenden Fern Limited install and maintain Solar thermal flat panel collectors which are used in the indirect heating of hot water in domestic properties. We are Worcester Bosch accredited for the supply and install of their highly efficient systems.... Brenden Fern limited offers a wide range of property services to private and housing association clients. The company was set up by sole trader Brenden Fern in 1985 due to its growing success became a Limited company in 2002. The company has been working alongside many large housing groups and local authorities since the late 80’s. In this time it has seen continued growth to ensure the correct level of care, service and professionalism is delivered to its clients. Over our 34 years of business we have completed a wide variety of contracts for a host of local and national housing associations and local authorities.  However since its humble beginnings the company as always kept a good balance between contract clients and private customers. We feel that this will help secure the future of the business in years to come. Here at Brenden Fern Limited we pride ourselves in offering the highest level of service, communication, workmanship and management to the client and customer.  All the work is completed by fully qualified time served trades men. All operatives undergo a company induction to include a CRB check, asbestos awareness, face fit, manual handling, working at heights and CSCS training. Along with matching qualifications to the job in hand such as NVQ’s, ACS gas qualifications, abrasive wheels, Cartridge guns, non-licensed asbestos works, Pasma.  On all projects a site Forman is placed in charge of overseeing the day to day operations of the site. This is closely monitored by the project supervisor/s and managers. We work closely with the client to tailor all working practices to best suit their individual needs. We operate an open door policy with clients and employees across the board, so as to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to liaise  Communication is the key word here and we work hard to ensure we deliver a good job by keeping people informed and updated.We believe that good quality management should be instinctive and be ingrained within the company ethos. At Brendan Fern Ltd it is passed down from the office managers through supervisors and Forman to the on-site operatives, making everyone involved with each part of the task responsible for ensuring all work is completed to the highest levels of quality.  Having been accredited with Chas, Constructions line, Gas Safe, Federation of Master Builders, NAPIT and Watermark all of which require a systems and process based approach ,we ensure that all on site work is carried out to meet the stringent requirements of the various schemes. We are constantly working alongside our clients to improve our level of understanding and service. We feel that our 34 years in business and our continued and sustained growth helps to showcase our commitment and performance to our customers.

I've been using Brenden Fern for 10 years plus. Installing a new boiler/servicing/taps sorted/plus other plumbing services etc . Always found them to be extremely reliable. Not the cheapest but they always do a good job. Local lads too. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic company - had my bathroom done by them after it being done poorly by an independent plumber. The difference is night and day, workmanship is top notch, I won't be using anyone else for other jobs I have planned. There is always someone who can do it "cheaper" but always best to go with the proffesionals as I have now found out 👍

We needed some professional work for our downstairs bathroom after a cowboy builder left us with a few problems. BF Ltd were great. They came in, assessed what needed to be done, listened to our needs and added the materials we'd purchased for the job. Unlike other people that had come in, they didn't try to talk us out of what we wanted or where we wanted to put it. The team of different trades came in when they needed to, left our house clean each time, their work was meticulous and perfect. We couldn't be happier with our renovation and wouldn't hesitate to instruct them again in helping us on our next project.

I have recently had my utility room totally refurbished, a shower room installed and a new boiler from Brenden Fern. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The quality of work is fantastic and the whole team have been brilliant. Frazer who completed the plastering has done a superb job, and whilst I do not know the names of the rest of the team, they have all been fantastic. Chris, the project manager has been amazing, really helpful and has given us great advice , which was a real help during the initial planning. Communication has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Brenden Fern Ltd. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

This is an excellent company with wonderful old-fashioned values of service and professionalism. I needed help with my parents' property when this was vacated upon them both going into care. They assisted me with every aspect of the electrical, plumbing and other requirements which had to be arranged by me at a distance, as I do not live locally to the property. All works were carried out efficiently and expertly, always accompanied by helpful telephone or email responses. I highly recommend them.
