Astonishingly discourteous and unprofessional, I felt compelled to leave a review for the first time about this outfit. They had already done a satisfactory boiler service in the past so I asked them to come and quote for a new boiler. Half an hour after the appointment time I called the office and was told they were en route. I called the office again an hour later but it was closed, I had waited two hours. I called the next day but the guy was unavailable. I called the day after that and finally got to talk to the guy who proceeded to tell me, as if it was my fault, that he had experienced very heavy traffic that day and it had been a nightmare. Astonishingly, he was actually outside my house whilst I was calling the office but had not bothered to let me know. He said he had arrived half an hour late due to traffic and there was no time to do the quote, but apparently never thought to let me know he was outside and let me wait a further hour and a half and then had me chase him for two days for an explanation rather than call me and apologise. He then said parking at my property was also a nightmare suggesting that too was my fault, unaware it seems that I have private off road parking which I could have told him had he asked. Not once did he apologise for keeping me waiting for two hours or for failing to get any message to me for two days. His attitude was aggressive and he seemed to hold me accountable for the traffic. He said he didn''t want to do the job as it is too far away so ignore what it says on the web site about operating within a 20 mile radius (I am 16 miles away on Google maps). They won't do Newquay and surrounding areas, you will be blamed if the traffic is bad, they won't bother calling you if they're running late or if they change their mind about an appointment and you will exhaust yourself trying to get hold of them. The most atrocious approach to "customer service" I have encountered outside of the old Soviet Union

Prompt quotation at a fair price having walked us through various options. Turned up bang on time every day and did a good job. Full boiler replacement. Very clear about what they would do and what they could not do. A good experience and pleased to recommend this company.
