This is the second time I’ve used Andi and he’s fantastic. I contacted him and he replied quickly, he came the same day to fix the problem. He’s quick, efficient, honest and courteous. Would highly recommend.

!!! The worst boiler engineer I have ever had by miles !!! I hire many contractors all over the country for years but Andi is the worst of them all by miles. Saying him unprofessional would be a compliment, but an utter waste of time and money. Not only he didn’t properly and competently carry out a boiler service what he’s paid to do, but also kept complaining almost everything else but himself since he walked through the door, lied about invoices, left in a mess with my kitchen cupboard disassembled in debris, insisted to be paid immediately on the spot before he leaves your home. He didn’t seem to have any idea what a boiler service is, the first thing he asked was a user manual for the boiler. He then kept moaning about everything, the Smart Control was not good to him, the flute is outside the building(where it should be), a screw on the case was not there, the installation was not good, everything but himself. He said he couldn’t complete the job of the boiler service, because the flute is outside the building. Where else should a boiler flute be? There are about 60 flats in this building, with similar installations, every one has maintained and serviced boilers every year, mine was serviced by other engineer for many years, no one had to climb outside the building to service a boiler nor was so incompetent to do one while mounting about everything else. When asked about the function, state, health, maintainance about the boiler, he could answer none of them and kept dodging questions, never answered directly. I asked “what did you do?”, he said “I did what I could” “What’s the state of the boiler?” “It is what it is.” “What to do to maintain the boiler to keep it going for long term?”, “Nothing” I asked him to do a few basic things, he refused all. We agreed he sent invoices before he came, they then said can’t do anymore, I then asked for invoice on the spot, he said he wouldn’t, I asked him for the invoice afterwards, he promised on multiple occasions, never sent one to me. All he seemed to care was to get the money into his pocket, on the spot, must be done before he leaves you home, or to persuade you to install a new boiler to replace a perfectly running and well serviced boiler.

Bridge recently replaced my boiler and performed a ‘system power flush’. I can’t recommend them enough - great customer service, great prices, quality service and a genuinely nice guy! He is also Vailant registered which means if he fits your Vailant boiler you get an extended warranty!

I would really recommend Andi. He was realistic about the work that needed doing and discussed potential issues and options in advance. He worked really hard and did a great job installing a new boiler, fitting an outside tap and repairing a leaky toilet. All work was completed to a high standard and on time.
