We had an extremely positive experience with this company. They got back to us very quickly and surveyed the property within a few days, even though this was an extremely busy time for surveyors. We were kept in the loop at all times and the administrative side was very professional. The report was excellent and enabled us to make better decisions in respect of our purchase, heading off problems before they arose. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

"Graham was recommended by my solicitor. When I contact the office,his secretary Sharon very patiently explained their services and also provided a sample report. We ended up retaining them and came away very impressed with a 40-page report complete with photos. The house we're looking to purchase is a 100 year old Victorian. Graham's report had a lot information that included photo evidence of what we needed to pay most attention to. We discovered that the roof tiles are original and require urgent replacement, the building had experienced movement, the first floor of the house wasn't level, high dampness in the kitchen, etc. When I called him regarding the problems in the report ,he was patiently gave us actionable items to resolve the issues of the house surveyed. Eventually we found out the building has subsided problems & subsequent movement, will have difficulty to get insured & resale the property in the future. we are really grateful to Graham's truthful report to prevent us to purchase a wrong property. I am highly recommend Graham to the people around me. I can't ask more from a surveyor, Excellent service!

Graham undertook a dilapidations case on for me. We were given a bill by the landlord of £56,000 for repairs. outrageous! Graham inspected and negotiated a reduction to £10,000. Thanks!!
