Alec was helpful throughout, very responsive, prepared a design quickly and dropped off samples and catalogues to help me find exactly what I wanted for the new bathroom at a great price. The fitting by Phil is outstanding - not a straightforward job but he tackled it without any problems and the finish is perfect. A great company to work with.
