I rang Brigg & Humberside Roofing Services Ltd several times over a two month period, each time I was told by the lady on the phone I was in the book for a callback. No callback materialised. Finally after three months I received a phone call from them saying they were in the area and can come over and quote us. We were out at the time but they knew what to quote for. Never received the quote in the post, heard nothing from them since. Totally unprofessional and shambolic company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Complete and utter disgrace. Would not recommend!

Came out, assessed the problem, gave the quote. We were kept informed by Kevin. Work done on two separate days. Arrived as stated. Work complete. Area cleared, and cleaned. Very pleased. Definitely would use again if necessary. Would highly recommend. Keith & Helen Johnson.
